PFI ProClean Series String Wound filter cartridges are designed for a variety of prefiltration applications such as SDI (service deionization), reverse osmosis, and CDI (Continuous Deionization) systems. ProClean benang cartridges are composed of bleached white cotton string wound polypropylene over a polypropylene core.

 

Overview ProClean Cartridge Filter Benang BWRO

Filter benang, dalam konteks BWRO (Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis), adalah bagian dari RO sistem filter air payau yang digunakan untuk menyaring partikel-partikel besar seperti pasir, lumpur, dan kotoran lain sebelum air masuk ke membran reverse osmosis. Filter ini berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kualitas air dan memperpanjang umur membran reverse osmosis.

• Fungsi Utama:
  
  • Filter benang atau String Wound Filter berfungsi sebagai filter sedimentasi, yaitu menyaring kotoran padat yang lebih besar dari 5 mikron. Ini membantu mencegah partikel-partikel besar ini menutupi atau merusak membran reverse osmosis.

• Jenis:
  • PFI Filter benang untuk BWRO system umumnya terbuat dari bahan seperti polipropilen yang dibungkus atau dililitkan pada suatu poros menyerupai tongkat benang, sehingga partikel-partikel besar terperangkap di permukaan.

• Ukuran:
  • PFI Filter benang tersedia dalam berbagai ukuran, mulai dari 10 inci hingga 50 inci, dan dapat digunakan pada housing standard umum semua merk dengan ukuran panjang dan diameter yang sesuai.

• Pemeliharaan:
  • Filter benang perlu diganti secara berkala, tergantung pada kualitas air yang diolah dan tingkat pemakaian. Penggantian filter ini penting untuk menjaga kinerja sistem reverse osmosis dan kualitas air yang dihasilkan.

Special materials are available for high temperature and our specific applications. Food grade product (FDA PP Fibre) is always available ex-stock.
