PFI Spun Bonded Filter Cartridge are made up of 100% polypropylene fibers. The fibers have been carefully spunned together to form a true gradient density from outer to the inner surface. Filter cartridges are available with both core & without core version. The Filter Cartridge Spun superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and there is no media migration. Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on the central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants.
PFI PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge MG Series is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene resin without any chemical glues.

With its gradient density depth construction, our depth meltblown cartridge products are an economical option for the removal of both fine and coarse deformable and non-deformable contaminants. Ideal for use as a prefilter, protecting costly downstream pleated cartridges/equipment, or as a final filter in a wide variety of industries and applications.
PFI ADSMF and PP Series Melt Blown Filter Elements with Cores are manufactured of polypropylene complying with FDA, free of binder, surfactant and adhesive, accompanied by broad chemical compatibility. PP melt blown filter elements are robust and each high-efficiency polypropylene melt blown depth filter has an internal polypropylene core for added strength. Melt blown filter elements utilize a multi-layered construction for progressive contaminant removal efficiency and longer filter life. PFI Filtration innovatively creates PP water filter elements with superior performance and consistency, which are widely used in RO pre-filtration, microelectronics, food & beverage and process water industries.
